Knight In Shining Armor

Are you in a relationship--married, dating, engaged? Are you a woman wanting her knight in shining armor? Have you realized that he doesn't exist? It's true! Jesus is the only one who will rescue you from all of your troubles. In the meantime, we have to keep living our lives until the day that He sweeps us off our feet and makes our world wonderful with no more need of rescuing. We have to not hold our men at such a high bar that they will never be able to reach because they are only human. Remember, you are probably not all the dream girl they ever wanted. We will fail each other, so we must learn to love each other for who we are. That doesn't mean we can't try to meet the needs of the other person, even if that means doing something you are uncomfortable with. Learn to know what each other's Love Language is and practice it. Pray for wisdom to live in a world of reality, not fantasy.
